Currently we are using a hybrid model, and we are actively working towards AFIS becoming a registered private school by the 2024-2025 academic year, recognized by Alberta Education.

Home Schooling Program

Assalamu alaikum dear community members. We are pleased to announce 📣 our second year of homeschooling commencing September 2023.

We have purchased modular classroom trailers to setup at the Al-Faruq Islamic Centre site.

Registration is open. However we will have a selection process. We aim to have a hybrid program, following the Alberta Curriculum, through the homeschool program, however having dedicated certified teachers as well.

Al Faruq Quran Academy and Homeschool

We are pleased to announce we will be accepting new applications for our Al Faruq Quran Academy and Homeschool beginning January 2023 ! The program will consist of Full time School that covers Quran Hifdh, Islamic Studies, and Alberta Home School Curriculum. To register please fill out the form and share with friends and family.
